Hello. I'm Donita.

I’ll be honest with you, small talk has never been my thing. I’ve always been drawn to the real conversations. The ones where someone finally says what they’ve actually been holding onto. 

My path to coaching wasn’t a straight line. I spent over a decade in sales and marketing in the financial industry, I ran my own marketing agency for eight years, and then in 2022 I did a pivot within our company, and joined the coaching industry.

This was the first time that everything I’d been through felt like it was pointing somewhere on purpose.

And so today, I work with CEOs who are scaling their businesses and carrying the weight of that growth largely alone. My role is to be the trusted voice they can be fully honest with. Someone who gives real feedback, asks the hard questions, and makes sure they know they have someone genuinely in their corner.

I bring every chapter of my career into every conversation and I show up the same way every time: warm, direct, and completely invested in where you’re going.

Outside of work, I’m most myself with my husband, and 2 teens. They keep me grounded, remind me what actually matters, and they’re my favourite people.
